Your child loves playing football, but you would like them to improve their English? We offer holiday courses for learning English and playing football – in England and Ireland.
At a football camp, your children can learn English through play. Besides the outstanding football training, our main focus is on the quality of the English courses. With our wide range of courses, we can find you the balance between learning English and playing football that best suits your child. As these are mostly language holidays for school students, the courses take place during the holidays.
Thanks to the international mix in the classroom and on the pitch, the children have to communicate in English and so use the language in their everyday lives. Depending on the language school, courses are offered for different age groups. These start at age 7 and go up to 16+ or 18+. Of course, boys and girls can take part in the football camps. Participants stay with a host family or at a historic English boarding school.

Train like the professionals
Many of our language schools work with 1st-division football clubs. Training often takes place at the clubs’ own youth centres and is led by certified football coaches from the club in question. The football camps are supported by clubs such as:
- Arsenal FC
- Chelsea FC
- Manchester City
Since 2017 we have also been placing language students at the Nike Football Camp near Brighton. Nike was previously a co-organiser of the Manchester United Soccer Camps and has now launched a new project in cooperation with Eurosports Camps.
During the stay, trips to the respective professional stadiums are often offered. These include the Emirates Stadium, Wembley Stadium in London and Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium. Excursions to England’s best-known cities are also offered, so that the language students also learn something about the history and culture of Great Britain.
For all those who are not interested in a standard language course, there is the option of taking only the football training in England or a special language course in “Sportsleadership and Football”.
The combination of learning English and playing football is a special model that allows children and young adults to combine their passion for the sport with the English language.
